Getting non-car brands into the automotive press
In Cape Town this month we learn about how to get coverage in the automotive press for, wait for it, non-automotive clients. As a former editor on Car and Top Car, Roger Hislop joins his editorial experience with his PR savvy. Having worked at Account Director level in PR, he’ll map out the opportunities especially for wellness, hospitality, leisure, clothing and gadget brand clients.
The Greek Fisherman Restaurant and City Grill Steakhouse were honoured recently when they were awarded the Spanish Wild Bull Trophy at the 2007 International Award for Tourist, Hotel and Catering held in Madrid. They beat thousands of other restaurants in the selection process to each win this coveted international trophy.
Both restaurants are located at the scenic V&A Waterfront where visitors overlook the water with Table Mountain providing an imposing and handsome backdrop. The Greek Fisherman Restaurant prepares seafood dishes in typical Greek taverna style while City Grill Steakhouse diners are invited to experience more of the wild side of Africa by indulging in steaks, game and exotic meat such as ostrich and crocodile.
